Week 2: a Series of Little Moments

This week seemed to be all about food and blue skies.

I’m really enjoying having so much time to spend cooking, learning new recipes and learning how to use up the leftovers in soups. We also had our first lockdown takeout this week and couldn’t resist having fish and chips again, even though we’d already made our own. Definitely preferred our homemade mushy peas but there’s nothing better than chip shop chips.

And haven’t the blue skies this week been amazing?! The sky is just SO BLUE. The good weather has helped my mental health a lot and I’m feeling really grateful to be able to get outside in it. Many an hour spent in the garden this week.
